To access the Merchant Dashboard, you will firstly need to be verified as a Bitfinex Merchant. For more information on how to do so, please refer to our guide How to create a Bitfinex Pay Merchant Account.
Once you are a Bitfinex Pay Merchant, you will find the following four ways to access the Merchant Dashboard:
Accessing from the Bitfinex Pay page
1. Log in to your Bitfinex Merchant sub-account;
2. Go to the Bitfinex Pay page;
3. Click on the Merchant Dashboard button on the top right hand side.
Accessing from the Bitfinex exchange platform
1. Log in to your Bitfinex Merchant sub-account;
2. Go to the main Trading page;
3. Click on the Merchant Dashboard button on the top toolbar.
Note: This option will only be visible to valid Merchant master accounts and sub-accounts.
Accessing from the URL
1. Log in to your Bitfinex Merchant account;
2. Access via any of the Merchant Dashboard links: https://pay.bitfinex.com/dashboard
Accessing from the Bitfinex mobile app
1. Open the Bitfinex mobile app on your mobile device.
If you do not have it installed yet, you can download it from Google Play or the App Store here.
2. Log in with your Merchant sub-account.
Note: Mobile app login is currently only supported via the Merchant sub-account.
Click on Pay on the bottom menu.
Then select the Bitfinex Pay option.
This will bring you to the Bitfinex Merchant Dashboard where you will be able to monitor and manage your Bitfinex Pay activity.
Note: The Bitfinex Dashboard can only be accessed with a valid Merchant sub-account. If you do not have a Merchant sub-account yet or need help setting it up, please visit our guide How to create a Bitfinex Pay Merchant Account. If you access with your Merchant Master account, you will be able to select which Merchant sub-account you would like to use to access the Merchant Dashboard.
