In order to ensure maximum security, email changes linked to your Bitfinex account can only be made manually on our end.
To change the email address, submit a ticket with support indicating your request to change your email with your new alternative email. The team will review your request, and if appropriate, will make the appropriate change.
As a security measure, a 5-day withdrawal hold will be triggered for your account when the change is executed
Note: The new email must not be previously linked to any Bitfinex accounts even those accounts that are presently deactivated.
