To participate in Bitfinex Token Sales, users will need to pass through Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process through a mentioned verification method mentioned on the token sale announcement. KYC requirements may change depending on each token sale, however, basic KYC information required is likely to include:
- Email address
- Date of Birth
- Telephone Number
- Passport / Identity Card / Drivers License
- Eligible proof of address requirements:
- Banking statement, utility bill or government document (council, property or residential tax) that is either a scanned or digital copy, not older than 90 days
- The document must include your first name, last name, postal address, issue date, Account Number / Customer Number / Customer ID, Issuing/sending Company Name/logo
Submitting KYC verification documents in English will ensure a faster result.
