What is Bitcoin SV (BSV)
Bitcoin SV (BSV) token is a massive scaling implementation of the Bitcoin protocol. It was conceived as a restoration of the original Bitcoin protocol and design, as described in Satoshi Nakamoto's white paper, early Bitcoin client software and known Satoshi writings.
The BSV blockchain has no default block cap limit, allowing the network to produce blocks of unbounded size and process tens of thousands of transactions per second on-chain, while maintaining low transaction fees. The BSV network has also re-enabled Bitcoin Script commands and other technical capabilities to facilitate advanced use cases, including native smart contracts, tokenisation, dApps, DAOs, NFTs and distributed computation.
Note: Bitcoin SV ‘Satoshi’s Vision’ (BSV) is a fork of Bitcoin Cash, which split into two different chains, one of which is BSV. The fork took place on November 15, 2018.
