What is Sweat Economy (SWEAT)
Important: As per this announcement, Sweat Economy (ERC-20:SWEAT and NEP-141:SWEATNEP) will be delisted from Bitfinex, ceasing trading on March 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM UTC; withdrawals will be closed on May 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM UTC.
Sweat Economy (SWEAT) is a Web3 ecosystem on a mission to promote healthier lifestyles by encouraging people to move more. It is powered by SWEAT, a tokenized physical activity (crypto asset and the unit of physical activity value minted by steps). The token is managed via the non-custodial Sweat Wallet dApp.
Important: Sweat Economy deposits, trading, and withdrawals are not available to specific jurisdictions.
Notes:
As of 14th March 2024, Bitfinex supports Sweat Economy tokens on both Ethereum (ERC-20) and NEAR (NEP-141) transport layers that need to be converted via the Currency Conversion tool (see below).
The API symbol for Ethereum based Sweat Economy tokens is SWEAT, while NEAR based Sweat Economy tokens is SWEATNEP.

Note: Trading is available for SWEAT tokens only. In order to trade SWEATNEP tokens on Bitfinex they need to be converted to SWEAT tokens.
