What is the Flash Return Rate Delta
The Flash Return Rate Delta (FRR Delta) is a dynamic funding rate option that allows you to specify an offset from the Flash Return Rate. On the funding form, you will find two options for using the FRR Delta:
- FRR Delta Variable
- FRR Delta Fixed
FRR Delta Variable
This option allows you to set a funding rate with an offset from the current FRR.
For example, if the FRR is 0.045 and you specify an FRR Delta of 0.001, your calculated rate will be 0.046. This rate will update automatically with the FRR.
FRR Delta Fixed
This option allows you to set a funding rate with an offset from the current FRR. Before the order is matched, the rate updates against the FRR. Once matched, the rate becomes static and will no longer update against the FRR.
