How to check if an order has been executed correctly
If you suspect your order was executed incorrectly, you can review your reports.
There are several areas on the Reports page that can provide a variety of information that you can use to decipher the details of any order.

We encourage you to notify us as soon as you notice any discrepancy in the order because our support may be limited if you wait too long. Please include the relevant order ID and your explanation for believing the order was executed incorrectly.
