What is Fantom (FTM)
Important: Bitfinex does not support Fantom deposits generated from smart contracts.
Fantom (FTM) is a utility token on the Fantom network. FTM is used for securing the network through staking, governance, payments, and fees.
Note:
- As announced, Bitfinex supported the Fantom (FTM) token swap to Sonic (S). As a result, Bitfinex now only supports the new token Sonic (S). Any subsequent deposits of the old FTM token may be lost and unrecoverable.
