The Blockstream Mining Note 2 (BMN2) offers investors exposure to Bitcoin mining through a tokenized Luxembourg securitization vehicle. Each BMN2 token entitles investors to the Bitcoin produced by 1 PH/s of Blockstream Mining’s hashrate over 48 months. BMN2 builds on the success of BMN1, which mined over 1,242 BTC and delivered returns of up to 103% over its three-year term.

BMN2 provides access to BTC mined across Blockstream Mining’s facilities in Texas, USA, and Montreal, Canada. In the future, Blockstream Mining may also expand mining operations for the BMN2 to other low-geopolitical-risk, high rule-of-law regions.

BMN2 qualifies as a financial instrument and, more specifically, as transferable securities under MiFID II. The issuance of BMN2 follows Luxembourg securitisation law. ORO Fund (I) – BM2 is not a regulated vehicle, and the issuance of BMN2 is not a public offering in accordance with the prospectus regulation (EU) 2017/1129.
