How to make a Manual Liquid Network Tokens Withdrawal on Bitfinex Securities

You can create a manual request to withdraw security liquid network  tokens from the Bitfinex Securities platform. 

How to create a securities liquid token withdrawal request

Liquid network tokens withdrawals from Bitfinex Securities need to be manually requested through the Customer Support ticket system. You can submit a ticket directly via this link or follow the guide below to submit a ticket.

1. When logged into your Bitfinex account, select the Help icon as shown in the screenshot.

2. Select Support Center and you will be directed to our Contact Bitfinex Support page.

3. Locate the Token Withdrawals option at the top of the list.

4. From the drop-down menu, choose Withdrawal security tokens.

Then fill the required fields:

  • Token Name
  • Amount
  • Transaction Address
  • Subject and
  • Description

What information to provide for a liquid network token withdrawal

Once you have followed the instructions above to create a withdrawal request, you will then need to fill in the withdrawal address details including:

  • AMP ID;
  • Liquid network token AMP Account address.

Therefore, before requesting a liquid network token withdrawal, please make sure that you already have a destination address (such as Green Wallet). To register your AMP ID, join the whitelist by opening an account at https://stokr.io/ and registering your AMP ID.

Important: The minimum withdrawal amount differs for each token.
