Security tokens monthly issuances from Mikro Kapital
"ALTERNATIVE is a Luxembourg-based securitization fund managed by Mikro Kapital, a leader in the microfinancing industry with operations across Europe and Central Asia."
The monthly issuance program is designed to be a tokenized extension of ALTERNATIVE’s monthly conventional bond issuance. It aims to offer subscriptions to new tranches of ALTERNATIVE tokenized bonds monthly.
Currently, two durations are offered: an 11-month and a 36-month bond. The coupons of new bonds will vary monthly depending on market conditions.
The program targets a minimum aggregate interest of 500k USDt on each issuance.
Important: These tokens are only available on the Bitfinex Securities platform and not the Bitfinex exchange.

— Who can participate in primary issuances?
- Any Bitfinex Securities client who meets the minimum amount (125,000 USDt).
— Who can participate in secondary trading?
- Regular Bitfinex Securities individual users with FOK orders for over 100,000 USDt;

Note: A Fill or Kill (FOK) Order is an order that must be filled immediately in its entirety, at a specific price or better, or it is canceled.

— What is the minimum tradable unit?
Individual Investors
- Users who have been assessed as accredited can trade the minimum amount of 1 ALT token (100 USDt at issuance).
- Non Accredited users with an initial position < 100, 000 USDt in any ALT Token must first acquire a total value of 100,000 USDt through a Fill or Kill (FOK) Order. Once a position >= 100,000 USDt has been established, users can trade in 1 ALT Token units.
Corporate Investors
- Same as Accredited users with a minimum of 1 ALT token.
— What order types will be supported initially?
- All spot order types. In situations when the buyer is a retail individual (non-accredited), a fill-or-kill will be enforced.
— What is the minimum wallet balance to participate in secondary trading?
- Retail 100,000 USD worth;
- Accredited individuals and corporations. No minimum.
— What are trading and withdrawal fees?
- No withdrawal fees. Trading fees will be standard Bitfinex trading fees.
— What trading pairs will be supported?
- Against USDT and USD
