The email address linked to your Bitfinex account is the email you used to create the account.
How to change the account email address at Bitfinex
1. Firstly, log in to your Bitfinex account.
2. Then, click on Contact Us under the Support category at the bottom of the main page. Alternatively, you can use this link.
3. Finally, you may submit your request for assistance by filling in the required information as directed on the page.
Important: The new email address must not have previously been linked with any Bitfinex accounts, even if those accounts are currently deactivated.
Note: When the email modification is finalised, a five-day withdrawal hold will be placed on your account as a security measure.
