Solana, in addition to the native token SOL, also supports other tokens that are referred to as SPL Tokens. On Bitfinex, the deposit address for SPL tokens is the same as the SOL address.
Note: Bitfinex upgraded its SPL Token support on 25/11/2022. Therefore, it is important that users generate a new deposit address for all SPL tokens after this upgrade. Any deposits sent to an old address generated before the upgrade may be lost and unrecoverable.
Supported SPL Tokens on Bitfinex includes:
- Bonkcoin (BONK);
- Jupiter (JUP);
- $Jambo (J);
- Kamino Finance (KMNO);
- cat in a dogs world (MEW);
- Dogwifhat (WIF);
- USDt on Solana.
How to deposit SPL tokens to Bitfinex
1. To make an SPL token deposit, firstly log in to your Bitfinex account.
2. Then, go to the deposit page and select the token accordingly.
3. Press on the “Click to generate address” button to generate a new address or refresh your address.
4. With your deposit address, you can now create a transaction to deposit your tokens to Bitfinex.
How to withdraw SPL tokens from Bitfinex
1. To make an SPL token withdrawal, firstly, log in to your Bitfinex account.
2. Then, go to the withdrawal page and select the token accordingly.
3. Enter the Address, Amount and from which Wallet you will be moving your funds.
4. Be sure to check the checkbox below to ensure you are aware of the conditions for auto-withdrawal processing.
5. Click on Request Withdrawal to complete the request.
